Facilities Description

- Machinery & Equipment: Automatic foundry line and green sand could without box technology of DISAMTIC (Denmark); CNC equipment (Germany), etc.

Products/Commodities Description:

On production field, we are proud of being one of the leading manufacturers, supplier of Vietnam for the product group of casting alloy to serve for the industries of cement, thermo-electricity as well as fertilizer, sugar, paper, etc including the 4 main groups:

1. Product group of casting alloy - Traditional products.
Grinding balls, grinder material and various spare parts made of casting steel alloy, casting iron alloy and other materials to serve for the industries of cement, thermo-electricity as well as producing chemical fertilizer, sugar, paper, etc...
For this product group, at present, we are keeping approximately 85% the total domestic market and 25% production (about 1,500tons/year) sold to foreign market.

2. Product group of space frame.
These products often used in constructing public projects and industrial houses where need large span but without column e.g.: sport complex, stadium, super market, plant, etc...
At present, we, the unique company in Vietnam invested complete and modern equipment of Germany to manufacture space frame according to Europe's standard.
We are keeping approximately 95% the total domestic market and beginning exporting to ASEAN countries.

3. Product group of Aluminum Profile - new product.

These products often used in constructing high building, household furniture and spare part for industry machine. This product is produced by the modern press equipment system to be supplied by leading manufacturer in the World-UBE (Japan) and the modern Anodizing, Electrostatic painting compact, E.D coating, film covering Line and testing equipments supplied by Decoral System SRL of Italia. The products meet European standard with the economic and effectiveness.

4. Design and Machining (Mould).
With modern manufacturing line, advanced technology from Germany like CNC machine and high professional skill workers CKDA can design and machines all kinds of Mould as the requirement of the customers.

5. Other product.
Roller shaft: Made of casting steel alloy, casting iron alloy and other alloy serving for the following industries: Steel roll, sugar, paper etc...

We also manufacture other products such as non-standard product, rotary mill, form work, support, various chain, fence, special pipe, stairs and other structural steel product.
