Duc Thanh has a labour force of about 950 skilled workers, modern production equipment, and commitment to continuously improving the quality of our products and increasing our variety of models. Duc Thanh exports 95% capacity to Japan, EU, America, and others with more than 1000 different kinds of products. Nowadays, Duc Thanh brand is represented in over 40 countries world-wide.

Facilities Description

Duc Thanh has applied a modern production method involving Lean Manufacturing tools - for example, the use of flexible manufacturing cells at its factories since 2005.

The Company has also consistently demonstrated a strong capability in implementing and executing its expansion plans and improvement projects. For example, Duc Thanh's factory expansions in 2003 and in 2005 were both completed ahead of its schedule.

In addition to their well-developed production processes, Duc Thanh has been able to nurture and maintain a culture of continuous improvement on the factory floor, where improvement ideas from all employees are highly recognized and rewarded.

Products/Commodities Description

Material: our products are mainly made of Rubber wood. Besides, to diversify product designs, we also use other materials imported from Canada, US, such as Maple, Oak, Walnut, Birch, etc

There are four main groups of products:
- Kitchen-ware products: cutting board, trivet, bread bin, tray, knife block, coaster, spice rack, disk rack, tea box...
- Household products: CD and DVD rack, bookstand, cloth stand, cloth rack, magazine rack, kitchen trolley, key holder...
- Furniture for interior decoration: table, chair, telephone table, relax chair, television rack, computer rack...
- Other Customized products
