Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Company (HOTEXCO) is a member of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Corporation (VINATEX) belonging to the Ministry of Industry. Established in 1962, HOTEXCO specialize in manufacturing and processing, trading, exporting variety of yarns and garment products such as Jackets, shirts, working wear, trousers, sportswear, children' uniform for domestic and overseas markets, importing the essential materials (cotton fiber, polyester fiber, kinds of fabrics, accessory) and equipment. We are enjoying convenient transportation, which has brought us more opportunities and prompt delivery. Currently, we have 7 factories equipped with modern production lines covering a total area of 150,000 square meters with more than 5000 workers. HOTEXCO is applying Quality Management System ISO 9001 version 2000 was certificated by SGS. Our main markets include Asia, America and Europe. In particular, 50% of our output is for United States and the rest will be for Asia and EU. The Company has gained export revenue of $ 43 million USD in 2005 and $ 45 Million USD in 2006. With the active and well-trained staff and line-up of skilful workers, we are ready prepared to co-operation with the foreign and Vietnam partners to broaden production and business scale.

GARMENT FACTORIES NO.1

- With 12 production lines equipped with the modern special machines imported from Japan and USA
- Employees: 760 people
- Total area: 2,400 m2
- The existing equipment: 650 machines
- Main products: Jackets, working wears, trousers, sports wear.
- Specializing in producing Jackets and working wears.
- Garment products have been exported to Japan, USA and EU market

GARMENT FACTORIES NO.2

- Our spacious workshop has been built in conformity with European standards with 16 production lines equipped with the modern special machines ,in which:
- 8 lines - 35 workers/ line used for making knit wear, Dress, skirt, T-shirt, Polo-shirt
- 8 lines - 45 workers/ line used for making Jacket (4 lines), and trousers (4lines)
- Employees: 880 people
- Total area: 2,500 m2
- The existing equipment: 640 machines
- Main products: Polo shirt, T-Shirt, Dress Pant
- Garment products have been exported to USA, Japan, and EU.

GARMENT FACTORIES NO.3

- Established in 2002 with 4 production lines (35 workers/ line) equipped with the special machines imported from Japan.
- Employees : 169
- Total area: 400 m2
- The existing equipment:175 machines
- Specializing in making T-shirt, Polo-shirt, and skirt.
- Garment products have been exported to USA.

QUANG NAM JOINT VENTURE GARMENT COMPANY
- This factory has been integrated into HOTEXCO from former VINATEX Da Nang branch, located in Quang Nam province, 40 Km far from Da Nang city, with 12 production lines (45 workers/ line)
- Employees: 785
- Total area: 7,580 m2
- In which: Workshop area: 3,000 m2
- Warehouse area: 2,993 m2
- Unused area: 1,757 m2
- The existing equipment:531 machines
- Specializing in producing work wear, Jacket, trousers for export

DIEN BAN GARMENT FACTORY
- Located in Dien Ban district, Quang Nam province, 10 Km far from Da Nang city, with 8 production lines (45 workers/ line)
- Employees: 440 people.
- Total area: 9,803 m2
- In which: Workshop area: 1,700 m2
- Warehouse area: 206 m2
- Unused area: 7,897 m2
- The existing equipment: 400 machines
- Main products: Working wears, sports wear and uniform.
- Specializing in processing Jacket, sportswear (4 lines), T-shirt, Polo-shirt (4 lines) for export.

SPINNING FACTORIES No.1

- The existing equipment includes the complete spinning line with 20,000 spindles made in Japan, Germany, Italy, USA and China.
- Specializing in manufacturing many kinds of yarns (cotton yarns, blend yarns and Polyester yarns, yarn count range from Ne10 to Ne46) for domestic market.
- Annual production: 1,800 to 2,000 tons/ year.
- Employees: 467

SPINNING FACTORIES No.2

- This factory has been put into operation in July, 2002 including one complete spinning line with 11,000 spindles equipped with special machines made in Western European countries.
- Specializing in manufacturing many kinds of yarn (cotton, T/C and 100%Polyester yarns, yarn count range from Ne24 to Ne60) for export.
- The estimated production: 1,700 tons / year (the average count :Ne32)
