We specialize in manufacturing machines, equipment and spare parts for such industries as petroleum, mining, battery, cement, agricultural product processing, paper, etc. We are able to cast steel parts up to 500 kilos and pig-iron parts which are over 1.000 kg. In addition, we are also able to repair and produce machine parts which have a diameter up to 1,100mm and the length up to 3,000mm, spur gearwheel with ~ 800mm in diameter, module 10, complicated parts with high accuracy. Products manufactured by Mechanical Factory 83 are strictly controlled for good quality, and they have been substitutes for many companies, factories in Vietnam in stead of importing from overseas. Due to our consistent quality standards and competitive prices, we have now established business relations and exported mechanical products, export of outdoor steel tables, chairs to England, Spare parts for oil and gas industries to United States. Facilities Description

Factory is located in Yen Bai Province with mechanical machining technology such as casting, forging, pressing; Precision mechanical machining technology, Thermo chemical treatment technology, Thermal treatment by well kiln, salt kiln, medium-frequency kiln, high-frequency, and Surface processing technology such as cleaning, oxidation, phosphorescing, plating, painting, etc. The Factory was equipped with advanced pressing machines for cold pressing, hot pressing on complicated shape parts in high accuracy.
