Facilities Description

1. Bac Son Wood Company is located in Que Vo Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam:
- Working area: 10,000 m2.
- Machinery is imported from Germany, Italy and Taiwan: 2 T&G, tow UV coating assembly lines, 4 side planer & moulder, 4 side 9 spindle moulder, 4 side 7 spindle moulder, Finger joint System, rotary composer, Spiral Cutter head planer sander
- Technology: all products are made according to Japan technology
- Production capabilities/volume: 500m3/month.

2. Vilafor Factory is located in Xieng Khoang Province, Laos

- Working area: 30,000 m2 for building and 5,000 m2 for
- Machinery is imported from Taiwan: 2 sawn assembly lines.
- Technology: All products are made according to Japanese technology.
- Production capabilities/volume: 1500 m3 material/month.

- Coating: Unfinished and Pre-finished ( ultra violet radiation solidifying lacquer applying Al203 Treffer Lacquer in Matt rolling)
- Quality: No crack, no blue stain, no cupping, no knot, and no pin ole. Products are in accordance with CENTC 134SC2.
