Click on Company Name above for more detailed information! Established in 1990, PERUBCO is expert in manufacturing technical rubber products. With 24 years of experience in processing rubber technology using compression and injection methods, we deliver quality, cost effective products to meet our customers' specifications and requirements. Our products are aimed at both the domestic Vietnamese and export markets in Australia, Japan, the United States and European countries. In Vietnam, we supply all kinds of rubber spare parts for: - The petroleum and gas industries (Vietsopetro). - Assembly lines (Vietnam Honda, Shihlin Electric). - Construction companies (for almost all bridges from South to mid Vietnam) - Foodstuff companies (Saigon Beer, Vedan, sugar and milk manufacturers). We have a staff of nearly 400 employees, including 25 engineers, inspectors, and office staffs. Every year PERUBCO has training programmers for engineers and workers to study at our customers' factories in Australia and Japan, or to participate in specialized courses. To satisfy customers with high quality products, we are using a laboratory equipped with accurate inspection and testing equipment imported from Japan. Thanks to this, we can test the physical properties of rubber parts with a high degree of accuracy. In order to maintain and continuously improve the quality of products, we have applied a Japanese management system and achieved ISO 9001 in 2000, certified by BVQI

Facilities Description

PERUBCO is one of alliances of INRUBCO Corporation which has 3 factories in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Machinery:

- 4 injection machines
- 42 semi - automatic curing presses (Plate dimensions 300mm x300mm to 1,200 mm x 1,200 mm and pressure from 60 - 1,200 tons)
- 5 open rollers and 2 kneaders
- 2 sand blasters
- 6 extruders
- 2 calendars
- Inspection and testing equipment including : Rheometer, Densimeter, Mooney Viscometer, Tensometer and Durometer

Tooling factory

- We design and manufacture all kinds of moulds, especially injections moulds for rubber and plastic technology

Products/Commodities Description
Manufactured from natural and synthetic rubber, our products can meet individual specifications for abrasion, oil, heat, compression, fire resistance and low electrical conductivity.
We manufacture rubber and plastic parts for:
- The petroleum and gas industries - composite coating for oil pipeline projects;
- The construction industry-rubber bearing pads and expansion joints and also rubber fenders for wharves and off-shore oil rigs;
- Agriculture- rubber dredging hoses;
- Assembly lines (including parts for non - conductive purposes)motorcycle, refrigerator and washing machine manufacturers.
