We have 2 frozen seafood processing plants located in Mekong Delta, the heart of low cost but good quality source of raw material with the total capacity of 14,000 MT/year. The processing plants have more than 1500 workers and are equipped with the most advanced technology and most modern processing assembly to satisfy the day-by-day higher requirement of customers. Phuong Dong Seafood has passed HACCP, GMP, HALAL authentication and registration of E.U. successively. Our main products are Frozen Pangasius Products and Surimi

Pangasius:
Pangasius is a tasty fish, with a delicate texture and nice white flesh. The fast- flowing waters of the Mekong give the meat a clean, fresh flavor. Cooked meat is ivory colored.

Surimi:
Surimi in Japanese means "Minced Fish", it's pronounced "Sir-Ree-Mee".
Surimi is known in Asia long time ago, but recorded in Japanese in 1100 A. D. when the Japanese discovered that mincing fish flesh, washing it and then heating it, caused a natural gelling of the flesh. If this was then mixed with other ingredients and steamed, the resulting 'fish cake' (kamaboko) stayed together as though it were a natural product.
The artistry of Surimi now is beyond just the block of frozen minced fish, but it's the art and craft of food history and development to feed the human need.
