Our products are big bags, PP box bags, PP woven bags, Leno bags, Raschel bags and Shopping bags which are for local and export markets. Our yearly production capacity is over 6,000 tons of finished products. Furthermore, we are able to expand production more to meet any customer order at big volume. Facilities Description

Tan Dai Hung's modern factory equipment is capable of producing over 6,000 tons of finished products per year. The factory is capable of shifting production to fit customer orders and thus the factory can produce large numbers of FIBCs, Box bags, Raschel bags & Leno bags, standard pp bags, and shopping bags. Tan Dai Hung has a dedicated workforce of over 800 workers and 70 managers

Most of Tan Dai Hung's production equipment is less than five years old. All machines are very well maintained using best practices in preventative maintenance to prevent downtime and defects.

Main pieces of equipment include:

- 7 flat yarn extrusion machines made in China, South Korea and Taiwan.
- 146 weaving machines made in South Korea, Taiwan, India and China
- 190 sewing machines including 20 FIBC sewing machines (Union Special made in the U.S), 8 Newlong sewing machines (made in Japan), 6 automatic cutting and sewing machines made in Taiwan, 2 laminating machines, 7 offset printing machines (including one 7-color printer, one 6-color printer and one 3-color printer) made in Taiwan.
